What they got right and wrong
The staff was cute the breakfast had diverse choices including fresh fruit and hot options. Location made it easy to access stores and restaurants whenever needed.
Check-in was delayed due to short staffing room keys malfunctioned during stay. A few cleanliness issues were reported in specific rooms.

For a quick breakfast, grab items early before the crowd-Martha keeps everything well-stocked and tidy.

My niece was getting married and we booked our stay here because it was recommended by the wedding planner. However, the hotel was a construction zone. It was in shambles. Horrible. I am not sure why you would have guests stay at your hotel while you have 50 or more workers walking in and out of the hotel. The manager made the girl who checked people in handle all the issues, when he heard me questioning the situation, he stepped back into his office, not wanting to deal with the situation. Our room had dust everywhere from the constuction. The outlets did not work. The windows and slider were sealed shut from the outside with plastic. The only redeaming quality was the girl at the little table they had set up for her to work from. She was apologetic and tried to make things as good as she could. We eventually left without staying and checked in to another place down the street. It also took them 5 days to release my funds.

Couple looking for a decent stay
The lady at the front desk was super friendly, checked us in quickly. Our room was solid too, clean and well-kept, not something you find everywhere these days.
It wasn't exactly economical, but still worth it for the comfort we got.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.
The hotel is on the outskirts of town and the absence of any restaurant necessitates a lengthy drive. The complimentary breakfast despite its simplicity was rather disappointing.

The breakfast is very poor and served in a kind of back-room. Not something you expect from a 125$ night rate.

Location was good. The receptionist was nice but seemed over worked.
There were bad things about my stay. I will never stay there again. 1) The WiFi was so slow it was useless. 2) The Ethernet port in the room was non-functional. 3) The desk chair was broken. I almost fell over when I sat in it. 4) The easy chair was so dirty we covered it with towels. 4) There was a crappy TV and the reception was poor. 5) There were two electrical outlets with broken plates. 6) There were no vending machines in the rooms labels "Vending Machines". 7) The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

Comfy bed and pillows. Very quiet despite construction on second floor and proximity to the freeway.
The listing on Booked.net said there was a breakfast buffet every morning but it was just a continental breakfast.

Room recently refurbished to good standard
No hangers in the closet no shower mat had to request tea, orange juice & cream cheese at breakfast - all empty and not been refilled. Kitchen staff didn't seem particularly interested but did respond to requests. Breakfast on the whole was pretty poor, compared to a holiday inn express couldn't get a cup of hot water at night - don't drink coffee for price payed $179 + tax the service could have been better - did mention to reception on leaving & she said she would make a note on my comments

great staff but small room
I found the staff to be attentive. James, in particular, provided excellent service and met all my requests promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, catering to different tastes, and was always well-stocked and clean. The hotel environment was comfortable.
The room was smaller than expected, a bit cramped for my needs.

The room was extremely spacious and luxurious!
Everything was good, clean hotel, great and lovely location to the national park. My breakfast was free and wonderful for the hot food. Location: the property was just next door to the downtown area and the wineries and the nearby outlet mall and Morgan Hill. Plus, it was 5 minutes drive by car from Dog Park.
